Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in one click from your account, no email needed. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and every printable you downloaded stays yours.
Do I need a card to start the free trial?
No. The 14-day trial starts with just an email address. We only ask for a card if you decide to continue.
What happens if I have more children than my plan allows?
Each profile keeps its own progress and teacher notes. When you need another profile you can move up a plan at any time; the change is prorated so you never pay twice.
Is the annual price billed all at once?
Yes, yearly plans are billed once a year at the discounted monthly rate shown. Monthly plans are billed each month. You can switch between the two whenever you like.
Do you offer discounts for schools, nurseries or groups?
We do. Groups of five families or more, nurseries and homeschool co-ops get a dedicated rate and a shared teacher. Write to us and we will set it up.
What if my child doesn’t enjoy it?
Then it isn’t the right fit, and that’s okay. Tell us within 30 days of your first payment and we refund it in full, no questions asked.
